Is anyone felling this symptoms in nofap?

    • Feeling less tired than the previous journey(from my home town to city where I study)
    • Some shine in hair
    • Fell fustrated/low
    • More control on myself(eat banana instead of oily snaks)
    • Cramps
    • Frequent urination
    • Anxiety
    Is any one have cramps in NoFap journey?

    Cramps
    Short breath
    Swelling in pimple
    mouth ulcers
    To grin my teeth

    yes some of these like shine in hair,fustrated,frequent urination,and the worst is the anxiety for some reason i feel very anxious

    Yes. Lots of anxiety and unable to handle stress. I’ve also had times where I felt hot like a fever. Shortness of breath sometimes, more like shallow breaths like can’t catch a deep breath. Grind my teeth often and results in headaches. Lots of frustration and feeling low, fatigue, and I’ve had some cramps and pain down there when I was doing hard mode for 100 days, frequent urination at times also.
