  3. I love mochas, something about hot chocolate and coffee just feels so right. Since giving up drugs and alcohol and porn it's like my little piece of comfort in a cup

Negative effect - it gives me heartburn! So I don't drink it.

  6. Sometimes it does this to me, but I just take a heartburn med for it

    So true...

I personaly perfer coffee with butter aka *bulletproof coffee*... My taste seems like that of a 60 years old man lol, anyway people who drink coffee like more than 5 small cups a day will literally fuxk thier nervous systems.

  10. One should however be cautious with coffee even though it has also researched benefits,
it is stimulant and addictive substance after all :) Not over-use it.

Especially ppl who has anxiety/tension/panic attacks/restlessness/insomnia, should be
    very cautious.

I used to be frequent coffee drinker as child, then quit it. Now my stomach cannot handle
even one cup of coffee, so i'm not sure is it really very healthy stuff after all ;)

  11. Coffee is indeed great but you need to be careful with the amount you consume. Personally, I like to drink coffee when I'm about to go full-productivity (with studies and such) as it motivates me. Maybe its those artisan coffee making scenes from those programmers/engineers with the cool editing! :D Anyways, coffee is nice so I keep a healthy relationship with it.

Okay, I don't even drink coffee, but even I think putting butter in it is a bad idea.

I've heard of some herbal teas having calming effects, but personally I never experienced that from drinking said teas. On the contrary, drinking tea and even naturally caffeine-free herbal tea gives me more energy. If I drink a simple caffeine-free herbal tea before bed, I can't sleep.

I've had good success using exercise to relax. When my pent-up energy is spent, my muscles relax and I don't feel anxious whatsoever. If I don't exercise, I become much more nervous.

  16. Coffee has similar effects as cocaine

  17. OK now do one for cocain and you'll get a list that is virtually identical.
