Today I have felt horny, uncomfortable, impatient...but I have not fapped and therefore I have not felt empty or shit about myself. Today is a great day.

 

Don't want to overestimate myself, but now this seems effortless.

 

Check in. Some edging during the night. When I stop fapping I wake up during the middle of the night more often which is tricky.
