My good brothers Iay not check in everyday but I battle the deed everyday let us keep fighting even so I had a few relapses when K was last here I will reset my counter day 1.

CL. Everything's fine. Sadly I realised it's impossible to be completely clean from nude images: I was watching just yesterday 'The Piano' and there were some, but in the end what should you do? Live like a hermit? No, it doesn't fit me. It's about living together with that and Never, NEVER, searching intentionally nude images or porn in general to obtain artificial sexual stimulation. Aparth from that the last days have been fantastic and I've been feeling fine. I think I'll post next time on day 183, which would be halfway to a year. Be well, you all, and we'll se on December the 9th!

Day 7 and alot more weeks to come, passing trough mordor seems easier but we can manage with the right mindset.

 

The 18th

Unlike yesterday which was really easy today has been tough thus far. I discovered today that my colleague is also into porn. I saw some pornographic images of nude women on his screen as I momentarily glanced at his laptop screen. Those images have been on my mind for a while and the urges suddenly intensified. I am not out of the woods by any means. I will have to rely on my will power today to stay clean. On the positive side, I am now getting more positive feedback from women.
