Great job! What are some things you are working on while on Nofap?

 

well the great question is what I am not working on
I was in a dead end some months ago.. I was totally a failure
I sucked in every single aspect of my life(sports, academics, love, relationship.. everything you could imagine I was bad at it)
So I looked myself at the mirror and said to me that this time I wouldn't fail again and since then I am working on everything:
-improving day by day I basically don't used YT anymore except for some motivational or useful for academics videos
-I deleted IG,FB and twitter(all social I had, only whatsapp for messagges)
-I hit the gym regularly and always around 6/7 am to keep me motivated and train hard
-I meditate regularly
-I am taking some online courses to broad my knowledge
I am doing everything to change my life and be sure I will

 

Wow, this is really amazing! I think this would be good for anyone who is trying Nofap and looking for life changes. I felt the same way at the start of nofap and I can not believe how much I have changed. But the important thing is that I did more than Nofap. I did many more things to improve how I feel! Thanks for sharing! I hope more people will talk about what they are doing while on Nofap!
