Hey guys, I'm new here. I never thought that I would be on a forum as this but whenever I need help or interested in learning with how things work I like to learn and join forums and groups. So, I'm 27, and I just flew across the country to sleep with this chick I've met online in a month or so but anyway it's been a while since I hit it. For some reason when I hit it in the back and she was giving me head, I started to laugh and giggle and stuff and then I noticed that it's hard for me to get hard. I'm not gonna lie, I used to flapped everyday and watch porn but after she told me that I have to stop and been doing my research too, they said it's recommended to stop doing that type of stuff but I don't understand why.

I want to know is that dysfunctional erection, permanent or temporary? My coworker told me that I have to eat more and that your diet has to do something with it. But, I want to know in general what do you guys eat to help it gets hard naturally? Like I heard that oysters and celery help with your sexual health without even knowing. But, I saw this video about a man were able to live up to 110 years old. He said the 5 things that you live by and eat are garlic, honey, cinnamon, chocolate and olive oil. But yeah, she was sexually frustrated and I would be too, I'm very worried that it drives me to become depressed too. I eat oatmeal and rice everyday. I take omega 3 supplements and krill oil.

One thing I said when we did it was that when she asked me are you anxious? I said yeah, I'm just worried that I don't want to get an STD but she said she was done but when I did my research on that, it says even if both partners are virgins or just in general if you have sex with 100 of people and none of them have it, it's impossible to get it. But, what I don't understand is what's the difference between STD, STI, HIV and AIDs? Aren't they all the same? And also, I need more experience but I'm not gonna just find anybody just to have sex with, so now I'm confused to how I would get experience... You know what I'm saying? I just want to be with one person but she's too far. But I'm planning to move to her eventually.

I know I have a lot of questions and stuff, but I want to be educated with what's going on and be aware. Thanks!

Yes weak body and energy equals weak power of consciousness. You're dim to the root. It can take many months or 2-3 years and ABSOLUTELY MUST WORKOUT in this celibate period to notice recovery gains and preferably take a bunch of natural good food for you, peanut butter, honey, coconot oil, these are dailies.'

Don't eat chocolate that is a DUMB myth. Buy organic raw cacao powder from amazon or a shop.

Do a lot of leg workouts, not short term but long term it can help with volume building :)

Nofap hardmode for 90 days will cure the ED my friend I guarrantee you.

  4. I'm not sure I understand the issue. It sounds like you laughed and you lost your erection? I mean, I lose erections easily when my wife says something or turns down a sex act. My erection is gone in a flash as soon as something non-erotic happens. Erections are mood focused just as much as anything else.

It also sounds like you don't have regular access to sex. I sympathize. So, even if you have ED, it would be hard to determine. If you did, I could prescribe something, but I think if you're dealing with a long-distance relationship that you're comitted to, you can just focus on being healthy and that should deal with it.

After staying on almost 21 months of hard-mode at this point (which has truly changed my life in many ways) I still don't consider myself fully rebooted, despite having maintained a healthy diet, lots of exercise and some meditation during that time-period. Years of just moderate PMO-use can break havoc on your brain, mind and soul which takes years (literally) to fully recover from.
On top of that, you have to be strong in order to overcome your past and the habit of slipping back into old tracks which takes a lot of time, patience, pain, and perseverance.
One practice that will definitely increase your consciousness, mental clarity and which is technically effortless is intermittent fasting.
Because, when you have been getting past those intense hunger-feelings at first, it means you're start living off your reserves which releases lots of nutrients, trace minerals and really defogs your mind at the same time. Don't worry too much if you feel a little ill and light-headed for the first two weeks (since you're used to have your blood sugar on constantly average to high levels) but after this time period, you will feel greater than ever and have very reduced cravings for food, especially food that's bad and unhealthy for you.
