Does coffee affect our health?

I thought that matcha was supposed to be really good, but I've read it here https://www.liquidimageco.com/is-it-safe-to-drink-matcha-green-tea-while-pregnant/ as they say that it is bad for pregnant women.

If so, would white tea be an acceptable alternative?
