Hey NoFap! I'd like to begin with a quote from a great visionary.

    "ESKETIT"
    - Lil Pump
Now that I've passed 90 days, now that I've made it to the top, I'm staying. Here are some major takeaways that I've learned from this experience:

    1. You gotta want it. More than watching porn. More than the loneliness you experience because you don't have a crush on someone right now. More than the sadness you feel of not having sex. Because this person right now, the one who's leaving porn behind, is the person you want to be. He is the person you want to bring home to friends and family, and tell your future partner about. If you want this to work out, you gotta want it.

    2. Share, share, share. I would not be here if it wasn't for a support network of friends and family (and the online community of nofap) that is rooting for me. That wants the best for me. Don't get me wrong - it takes a lot of courage to open up and tell people about this. It took me a while to tell my best friend, but once I did, I felt comfortable sharing it with more friends. And I kept sharing until I felt comfortable sharing it with my dad. And I'm gonna keep sharing this story because that's how we heal. It makes life less scary. It makes me feel less alone. It makes me share the burdens that life sometimes brings. Share.

    3. It's not over yet. One of the happiest moments in these past 90 days was when this video popped into my head, and I was trying to remember the name of it, but I just couldn't. For the life of me I just couldn't. And it made me smile so intensely because it was the clearest sign I got that all this shit in my brain is fading. With that in mind, images and videos still pop up in my brain. But I know that they are fading more and more every single day. It's only a matter of time.

With these takeaways, I want to say that I'm not "cured" by any means. I won't ever be. I know it sounds cliche, but life is a continuous journey and the past shapes who I am today. That being said, life is also amazing because I get to redefine myself every day. Today I'm gonna get work done. Today I'm gonna eat healthy. Today I'm gonna call my parents. Today I'm gonna be who I want to be.

I know it's hard. But I believe in you. I love you.

    LET'S GET ITTTTT!!! ESKETIT!!!
