    Hey guys so I'm new to new to nofap and I have a few questions I feel I need answered so let's get started!
    1. Sex with women on reboot (hookups/casual)?
    2. how long before I should actually look for a girl on a reboot?
    3. is it okay to have sex with a gf on reboot?

    I came on nofap to kick my pmo addiction I want to do this right and not relapse and gain the benefits the best way I'm 4 days into it and already feeling some of the benefits firstly I have a fuck ton of energy and starting to feel my self esteem come back! If you read all this thank you!

    Hello Rezo

    There are no hard and fast rules, you can set your own goals. For many people kicking porn is about resetting their brain to focus on a healthy sex life with a partner.

    On that basis I don't think that cutting that side out helps. For me it was about getting porn out of my life so that I could enjoy a better and more meaningful sex life with my wife. To that end I haven't cut out any sexual activity with my wife but I am still enjoying the benefits of a porn free life.
