In these 450 days, do you have regular WDs or MOs? Most of the stories I've read about people having PAWS, they would still get WDs? I fear my semen production will be lost forever together with my libido, so I'm desperately trying looking for an answer from my blood test, but so far, no success.

I live in New Zealand, my registered GP had refused to give me any blood tests for libido loss, he said if I could get occasionally Morning woods, that means the problem is psychological. I was given the blood test due to dermatitis infections by another GP and I insisted on getting those items done.
Like Omega mentioned above, try private practitioner, if you have health insurance that's even better.

  3. Yeah I get wet dreams sometimes. However they used to be frequent in the previous streaks or on the beginning of this current one and after each one I would feel weak or affected mentally & physically by them.

Have you tried just cuddling/playing, using love as driver to intimacy? During my 38 years of abuse i had periods of no lust towards gf or wife. A no pressure to finish love cuddling used to slowly awaken things for me!

Ha, if you knew how bad the NHS in the UK is for being patient friendly then you'd understand my skepticism. I am looking at private options, but they seem thin on the ground. Cheers anyway.
