Hello all, my name is Sutaec and I recently discovered nofap through the process of doing No Nut November with my friends. Through one day of abstaining from PMO I found that I not only have an addiction to porn, but to sex as well. I'm attempting to change my life not only for myself, but also for my beloved partner who I have put through numerous uncomfortable situations due to my addiction. Today, or 7 days ago rather, is the day that I stop my sexual tendencies and become a new and better person.

I hope throughout this journey that I will not only overcome this addiction myself, but help others struggling with the same problems that I'm dealing with as well. I look forward to meeting and talking to all of you

Welcome! The most important thing would be identifying triggers and resisting urges.. For first few days, try doing that and then it becomes a habit!
