    Hello folks, hope you all are doing well. So, I want to ask you about PAWS, I haven't found any useful information covering post acute withrawal syndome concerning PMO. As I mentioned in my previous posts, I'm still getting waves of intense anxiety and depression, accompanied with panic attacks, depersonalization and derealisation. I wonder if PMO PAWS really exists. The thing is, I really see great improvements since starting Nofap, but this mental symptoms seems to come in waves, they are not always persistent and continous. Also, on some days I'm faced with letargy and tiredness. Could this all be PAWS related, because I'm not really stressed or anything? I'd like to hear/read some experiences.     Thanks man, useful information, so two year is a general rule for PAWS, well, this is way harder to bare with than I thought.

    Definitely sounds like PAWS to me. Anxiety, panic attacks, coming in waves, straight out of a textbook. Sucks like hell and lasts ages but this is the last thing you have to tackle before you're truly free. Good luck man.

    Completely depends on the length and intensity of your addiction, but for the majority of hardcore addicts, at least a two-year recovery is very likely.
