Anyone else feel brain damaged after relapsing?

    When ever I relapse, especially if I binge. I feel fucked in the head for about 3 days. Brains super slow and I can't communicate with anyone, as everything is just going to my head so slowly

    I think its dopamine related , porn gives a massive kick of it , the next few days amongst the dissapointment of giving in and the demotivation ( prolactin)

    Overstimulation to lazy . That's the process .
