    Productive Days from that: 1
    Even though I relapsed yesterday, I don't feel like I lost the NoFap benefits. I reduced my PMO consumption for several times a day, to once or twice a week to now once a month and that's make me feel proud of myself.
    I keep going my path and I feel like the first time in my life, that it's MY path. I'm creating this path by my own concious decisions!

    Checking in. After numerous relapses and binges, I've made it through 2 days again. My longest streak was 9 days (my first streak), my second longest was 4 days.

    Day 3. Had a wet dream last night and have come down with something awful today (coincidence? I don't know, the longer I do NoFap the more I believe - or at least the less I disbelieve - in semen retention) but I'm not going to let that stop me. The show must go on.
