I know some people here aren't a fan of that idea, but I still think it is better than turning to pornography to fulfill your sexual urges. I agree with you. It should be just practice. I've never been with a prostitute before so I can't have an informed opinion. As long as what you are about to do is consistent with your goals, you're doing the right thing. Be careful because any action can be rationalized.

I imagine it's the cultural stigma depending on what culture you're from. As an American, people still have Puritan ideas about seeing Prostitutes the same way they view alcohol drinking, that there's still a "taboo" element to it.

For someone who is European, like with alcohol, seeing a Prostitute isn't seen as a big deal either.

I think going towards prostitution is going deeper into the addiction of sexual compulsion than masturbation. It's extremely dangerous, it's illegal in most places in the world. It's extremely addictive all on its own.
It's not fixing the problem it's making it worse. Let's say you do go and see prostitutes to " practice " and then after you do find an amazing girl to spend your life with . Are you going to tell her youve seen tons of prostitutes or are you going to keep that secret ? That kind of secrecy, and dishonesty, and shame are the exact same feelings I'm sure you felt to make you think you needed to come on this site in the first place.
