30 Days COLD SHOWER Challenge

i’ll have to try cold showers again! i did before but not much.

Day 1. Second time doing the cold water challenge because it's refreshing. Only objective this time is to post about it as soon as I'm done showering

 

Day 3!

 

So it's still a bit chilly in the Southern Hemisphere. I'll try this challenge again mid month. Also relapsed to Playboy and Hustler magazine today after two and a half months. Can't wait to get a solid streak back on!

 

I've been taking cold showers for the last couple of weeks, but can't remember if I've done it every day, so as I had a cold shower when I got up this morning let's call this Day 1.

 

Summer is almost gone
and Autumn arrives (and Winter is coming uuuh uh uuuh)
time to start the cold showers!
'Cause in Winter we want to be warm and brave in our hearts, right?

 

Today I cold showered shortly after a warm shower

 

Had my first cold shower this morning. It felt amazin..... No it was horrible. I'm already missing my lovely hot showers. However, life is more fun outside the comfort zone, so il try to make this my 4th active challenge. Probelly the hardest yet of them all.

If anyone wants to join this challenge, please do! I really cold use a team mate thats keeps the cold water going haha.

491 days of no porn and no hot showers! I am so much looking forward to the even colder showers during the winter. Cheers!

 

When winter comes, my whole head is aching of that cold water I get in the shower. My eyes even hurts. It’s an awesome sensation! I get so full of energy when I think about it, I will have another cold shower right now.

 

Been doing cold showers for the past 4 days. I will take on this challenge as well.

 

2/30... I was able to move a bit. That is progress with standing still like a newbie. Still.. did not like it.

 

3/30... Questioning myself what the point is... but still doing it. Yolo.

 

4/30... Somehow i keep going strong.

 

The morning was official 2 much for my mental strength. However, i cycled 30 minutes in heavy rain, does that count as well haha?

 

I'm in again, actually on day 2, let's do it.

I'm into cold showers since begining of june, but have skipped some days. So I guess I have like 120-140 days in total.
