finally above a month :)

Hello guys, male 21 years old from Indonesia here! i am finally one month passed leaving this shitty habit (watching P and do M to get an O)

since then my life changed:

1. No more craving for P or M, but O from real girl

2. More focus

3. I can work well with my exam

4. My relationship with everyone is getting better

5. Fortune keeps coming to me

6. Sex drive increased usually at night and morning

7. Usually head down while walking, now always head up

8. Finally had a wet dream after many years

It is a sad journey because i have a deppresion or what they call flatline in my first week, i start visiting andrologist and he gave me anti deppresant and vitamin for my brain. I tell my mother and my relative that she is a phsycologist. I am grateful i have a kind family. After 2 weeks, i just realized that P or M pleasure is just an illusion. You dont need it, you need sex partner: real girl/women!

I will definitely keep this commitment! gonna marry next year or 2 years from now. I promised to myself that i will give my future wife a great sex life. My patience will be paid, InsyaAllah <- you can use my motivation as your motivation too brother

2. Pray
3. Go to gym, do some workout
4. Studying or read a book(not 21+ of course)
5. Visit an andrologist or pshycologist. It helps a lot
6. Say this to yourself when u have an urge: this is for ur wife/future wife, she has a right to be fucked by you. Not to jerking off and waste sperm that must be given to ur wife to breed an offspring. Your wife/future wife has a right to be given a best quality sperm and best sex life that given by you

just say it repetitively what i type in last pargaraph brother, repetitively saying a word will become ur mindset automatically i quit instagram and twitter about 3 weeks and it works, because their filter is so shitty.
