Great approach. It keeps you positive and it gives you something to stand for. Our weak moments are just that weak. Once we have something to stand for we being to eliminate our weaknesses .

18 days of healing done. Let us remember that no matter how strong the urges, we do have a choice. And when we choose the physically, mentally, and spiritually positive choice of turning away from PMO, it becomes easier to make that choice again and again - it becomes a self-reinforcing pattern. But we have to earn it. We have to accept our failures, and build on our successes. Over time, change is possible. I truly believe this.
