Good morning everybody how is everybody doing I messed up yesterday I'm on day one again I'm feeling really depressed today guys I decided to delete social media because social media is a number one key for me to relapse and I'm so addicted to my cell phone guys it's getting bad and I don't know what to do I am upset today I'm depressed that I relapsed and that I'm on day one again I'm thinking about getting a flip phone because a regular cell phone being on my phone all day is a big distraction for me please help me out guys please give me inside because I do have a problem

 

@Football901 destroy all distractions but the key is to be in control. If something comes up it is not to avoid it but face it and control to say no.
