Check in. I think I am close to day 70 but I haven't been keeping track. Gandalf the White profoundly explains it:

I focus too much on my counter. When I don't see it, I feel free. My current streak is the best in my life. When my streaks were much shorter, watching my counter was helpful.

However, now I focus on my trust and the consequences I have created. I have promised myself: If I watch anything with the intent of PMO, I will lose $5. This is highly motivating but focusing on my counter gives me anxiety.

The last thing I want to say is about our talks about evilness. I believe that we are fundamentally good. Some people think we are neutral, and I think this is okay. But I think it is very bad to believe we are fundamentally evil. If you think you are bad, we will feel bad. If we feel bad, we might relapse.

I believe we are fundamentally good and that we are fighting a strong battle against evil, addiction, porn, etc.

WE ARE NOT ADDICTED. WE ARE NOT EVIL.

We fight addiction. We fight evil. Sometimes we win, sometimes it wins.

Think about the times when evil should have won but YOU WON INSTEAD. How did that happen?

Hello Men, hope you had a good week!
