Depression and fear.

    Hey guys i've been on the nofap journey for almost 18 days now. I also abstained from smoking for 17 days. For the last 5-6 days i have felt way worse then i started. I've felt extreme fear, dread and overall greyness in life. I'm really scared because overall my life has been better than ever this last year. I know its partly withdrawal symptoms but im scared that it is gonna stay like this forever. Have any of you felt like this? I have trouble concentrating, feel joy in anything and trouble sleeping. Any advice to get through this?

    i think thats a cig withdrawal. i felt similar when i ended up smoking - it feels kinda like you are weaker and more sensitive - some reacts with anger some with anxiety. It didnt remain long for me but i wasnt that heavily addicted tho. I think you just need to wait it through

    These are typical PMO withdrawal symptoms. I experienced the same, "shit hitting the fan" in the 3th week of abstention. I'd advise you to try getting rid of one addiction at the time. Enduring NoFap's and nicotine's withdrawals will be pure hell, managing just one is hard enough.

    Well i have already gone through the worst in nicotine cravings so might as well continue both. Thanks for the advise though.
