    It has taken me 45 years and hundreds of failed attempts, but yesterday I reached a small milestone...1 month of no PMO! Long way to go, but at least now I can see that change is possible! Good Luck to all of us, stay strong!!

    31 days? How did you pull that off? I am on day 7 of no PMO. I feel awesome and much more interested in my wife (sexual and non-sexual) but the urge to orgasm is REALLY hard. I hope, it will get easier after week 2...
