Is it a porn relapse if you suffered from a hangover?

    Hey guys how r u.

    So like right now I'm hungover, drank alot last night and like you loose brain cells from hangovers I think but does this count as a relapse because it does affect ur brain?

    It depends on what form of discipline you are imposing on yourself. Considoit a failure if you are unable to determine whether you succeeded or failed. Clear, well-defined goals are necessary for any kind of discipline. That doesn't necessarily mean quantifiable, but it's ideal.
