I’m watching a documentary about a vegan diet and how it affects blood flow, and vegan diets seem to help blood flow and meat hinders it. Soon I’m going to try a vegan diet and see if I get normal erections again. - I’m a bodybuilder so eat a lot of meat and eggs

You are going to need to make sure your diet is rich in testosterone-friendly foods. There are debates about soy products having the ability to elevate your estrogen levels which could potentially cause more problems for you. A healthy vegan diet is typically of foods that promote good circulation but that may have more to do with the fact that vegans are more conscious of what they put into their bodies.

The most important thing to note here is that p-induced sexual dysfunction has everything to do with your psychology and very little to do with your body's physiology. The diet for your brain will be more beneficial than a diet for your digestive and circulatory systems.

It's an exciting experience that many lifetime carnivores rob themselves of. There are lots of filling and delicious options out there. Getting started and figuring out what works for you is the hardest part.
