Any tips on how to quit erotic stories

    so I quit porn and masterbation and sometimes my brain craves the dopamine so reading stories juices my brain and still mess up my rebooting

    The secret to quitting erotic stories is to....quit erotic stories. You might wonder at times of what you may have missed in the story Like what will happen next? But ask yourself this: is knowing the answer better than nofap? Is it worthwhile to start over constantly just to read a shitty story?

    Don't treat them any differently in your mind than porn or masturbation. By separating them into their own category you justify them and/or create a different set of rules pertaining to just "erotic stories". Treat them the same as you would a pornographic video or movie. Just say no and go do something productive.
