Somone Please Help Me!! PE and Got no Morning wood

hi everyone, i am new here. please share from you my friend related problems I face. I have been addicted to pornography since I was 16 years old. and at the age of 26 I did the NoFap program but it was still inconsistent, now these last 3 months at the age of 28 I focused on undergoing the NoFap program. and lately I just realized that I haven't experienced morning wood don't know since its happens and my second problem i cant control my semen (Semen leakage) when im foreplay with my GF without my P being touched and i got PE i cant even hold more than 5 minutes. has anyone experienced this? and can this be cured?
