Vitamins deficiency

    I got my blood checked and apparently my vitamin d are on a lower side the minimum should be 25 mine is 16 and even iron levels in blood seem low. Testosterone the one i need as a man is 208 that's like 50 more than what is considered to be lowest still its very low. What you guys think to take supplement or to supplement by food. As I am deficient indeed I was thinking of supplement . Anyone with any experience will like to share his views....

    If you stop fapping that's good have a good diet and follow a proper plan of healthy life,that's all try to workout and drink milk with honey before bed

    Lots of people have a vit D deficiency, I would take a multivitamin and supplement with another vit D source.

    I would suggest 3 things:
    1) First one is obvious, Stop beating yourself. That's energy suicide.

    2) Exercise regularly. You have not lost all the vitamins yesterday!
    Similarly, you won't gain it tomorrow.

    Have patience, you can recover.

    3) Go out and stand infront of Sun from 7:00 Am to 7:30 Am.
