I've been doing PMO for a long time, I reached a line when I needed just less than a minute and I'm done. Turned it on, did my job, and went off.
Maybe I fucked up my mind by doing this for many years?

When I started close relationship with girls I started having PE problem.
I stopped doing PMO for a month now. Just MO from time to time.
Few times a week I do breathing and PC muscle exercise.

Any advice how to improve myself even more? Maybe anyone has experience here.

I also can't understand how so many guys here have problems with PMO, doesn't have the desire to have sex etc.

    So far I've tried:
    Breathing techniques
    PE muscle exercises
    Edging M

I think the most important thing is to keep yourself calm. Had no lunch so far. Would like to hear any advice on how to keep your self less excited

Just forget about your "PE" and "no PE" and enjoy the process? If your gf wants more, there is lots you can do.
I've got some help with magic pills at the beginning. So happy I've found "GET365VCL" :) in Google, and got V* . Good luck.

Consider a 90 day hard-mode reboot (check out the glossary on the top of this page, or the "getting started" guide available on this site's (noFAP) home page) if those terms are not familiar to you. Basically, it means NO P, and no MO, and especially no PMO for 90 days. Also it may be best to avoid any O (even with your partner ...) for 90 days. It won't be easy, but the time should allow your mind to "reset" from the behavior its "learned" over the years, namely PE is "good" and "normal" for you. You need to "unlearn" that. It will take time. You didn't develop PE overnight, so don't expect to be healed overnight either.

There is no better time to start your journey of healing than right now, so get going.

I can't speak on PE from personal experience but having spent a fair bit of time on these forums, I can, and will say that a lot of other guys have been found healing from PE after a reboot.

    I can't hurt. Why not try ?
