NoFap Newbie Confusion

    I used to start my NoFap and failed to continue longer. The reason which I feel is if I don't fap my sexual organs will become inactivate and it will effect my sex life after marriage. Can someone help with my confusion ?

    Your sex life will be fine if you don't fab. You'll actually desire your wife more, since she will be your only source for sexual desire.
