It is not. I mean imagine you had a wet dream once a week for example or twice a month. It would be a never ending circle between PMO and no PMO.
Wet dreams are a sign of recovery, a pain in the ass none the less but still

 

It is a sign maybe even a warning to not fall back into your old ways.

 

The power to control nocturnal emission is very important and can benefit the reboot immensely.

 

I tried to control it and failed every time. You want to control it then good luck with that and if you succeed then that's awesome! But for someone who cannot and/or does not want to control it, then it is not a relapse and should not be given too much thought

It is like having a dream, you cannot control what you dream. But anyhow everyone has his views and this is mine

 

I didn't say that you can just stop having nocturnal emissions but you can control the frequency. there are multiple threads with data and studies about this.
