    Maybe shaking out of the funk a little. I swear my counter should say 4 lol.

    in any case, I feel dedicated, I’m trying to stay in reality. I’m working actively on a few important personal goals and becoming more of the person I want to be.

    I don’t accept being a broken addict, just someone who needs to make important changes. I can make it to tomorrow the way I want to be.

    There. Random self affirmations I wasn’t planning in this post but I like it lol.

    Keep on keeping on my brothers and stay strong another day!

    First days of the week, with a little tiredness and still not fully organizing the activities of the week. These are two stressors that can be solved if I pay due attention to them!
    Very happy with the interaction in the new accountability group, thanks to everyone who supported and those who participate.

    Thinking of alternative/addition to PMO Counter ideas. Struggling a lot as usual. Going for 12 hours. Would be nice to figure out an easy way to keep track of progess for small goals. The PMO counter seems like a better metric for people with long streaks. If you have a 20 day streak for example, it's clear what your progress is. But if you're struggling and keep having 12 hr, 1 day streaks, but at least it's better than before, it would be hard to see that in the counter. Maybe an hourly counter and something that shows weekly or monthly progress.

    Apparently like a dog that has found a cow chip or a dead squirrel, I have decided it is a good idea to roll around in it with all four paws waving in the air rather than going around it and continuing my journey. I feel disgusting.

  19. Tuesday night check-in. Made it back to 2 days. I've been humiliated by this addiction so many times now it would be easy to give up, but I know that's not an option anymore. I'm going to follow persona2903's advice and take it one day at a time.
