After a long absence, Ive realized that the only way I can fully break this addiction is to have help. So Im back here again willing to complete this challenge. Day 0

 

I REACHED IT 30 DAYS. 30/30. Time to continue more on the journey.

Really struggled yesterday almost gave in but i pulled through..day 9 done on monday and day 10 done this morning.......a day at a time guys

Urges are still strong to call up my usual massage provider, but I'm 10 days out. The clarity I've felt the other 18 days before these past couple of "foggy" urge-filled days is not worth the sacrifice.

I'll sleep it off, do some push ups before bed and wake up, hopefully with some refreshed perspective.
