Daily Intention Thread : "Today, I am... + POSITIVE AFFIRMATION"

Today I will not PMO because I know the disastrous effects it has on my life and I refuse to go down that road again.

 

Today I will begin to have emotional, sexual and romantic relationship with beautiful women.
Today I will meet the girl of my dreams.
Today I have enough confidence radiating off me like the sun.

 

Today I Hope that Nofap will BE free of Charge in the Future.

Maybe its Placebo but i thought or i hoped Nofap will give Me better Control and less impulsiveness. But i dont know.

 

Yo guys, I don't know how many people can see this reply since this thread has been so big, but I still want to share a piece of my theory I saw somewhere, which is helpful to me:

When people make their will come true, they will feel worthy and happy. There are primitive desires that modern humans still have. For men, a very important will is to feel being a man. A very important action for this feeling is propagating. Having sex makes you feel you are a man. But masturbation does not because you are not actually spreading your seeds. The urge to complete your primitive will is not released. Also, masturbation will decrease the level of your hormone, which will cut off your way to express this urge outwards as it should be. Eventually, it will be expressed inwards instead. That's the reason why you are feeling emotional but in a negative way.
I am not saying the theory is 100% correct, but it really makes sense to me. Generally, my recommendation is to keep telling yourself you are a man, and a man should maintain his sexual function at a high level, by eating healthily, doing exercises and quit masturbation. We don't really need to have strong power to produce offsprings, but it does have relations to our mental health.

Today I will not use porn because I am a man. I will maintain myself in a perfect condition no matter when, and complete what a man should do.

 

Today, i am grateful for my rational mind to keep me away from pmo, as it's only self abuse and self destructing.

 

Today I will not PMO because I’m a strong man; I’m going to be in control of my mind and not vice versa. I am going to win this fight.

I dont agree. I Had phases Not fapping for Weeks or even months! I didnt get a Woman anyways. I got a Woman at Times when i fapped but felt good with the Rest of my Life, i studied, did my Training and was diligent. Now i am a Stalker. But fapping worsens my mood anyways. At least I think it does... But i dont know. I dont know anything.

 

Today I will not pmo because I want to do well in my exams and have great conversations with my friends and other people and not feel anxious and awkward around people.

 

Today I didnt fap or watch porn. But still my Life is empty and I am Not happy. If i live Well i might restart fapping to porn one day so IT gives me a high.

 

Hello buddy,
Rebooting alone is not gonna make your life perfect just like that.
However, by stopping pmo you will be better placed to work on that life, but you still need to get it for yourself by studying, working, looking for a partner maybe, etc...

You will have more energy and motivation to make progress in life instead of wasting your time and energy to pmo all day.
This journey is different for all of us imo, but being clean is a big life improvement for most people, i wish you all the best ! Stay strong !

Hello buddy, nobody said it's easy, but you need to change the things in your life yourself. The best start to do that right is to quit pmo. Keep progressing now, you can do it !
