There's light in the end of the tunnel - Don't give up!

Rebooting does work ! Don't give up!

I want to encourage all of you brave warriors to keep going, keep marching forward fiercely. Face your pain, face your fears. BE uncomfortable when it's coming, as if you chose it.
I promise you it is going to get better!
Our brains rewire themselves and it takes time especially with such strong addictions. But it is so worth it. It is so worth going to sleep feeling content because you finally did something to make YOU proud of yourself. It is so worth not being able to wait for the next day to come and to take advantage of every minute in order to do fulfilling things, that you have wanted all along!

All of you have the strength to get over with this time-energy-life consuming habit that just takes a hold of your life, keeps you stuck and unfulfilled.

You came here to do amazing things, to develop, to grow, to meet people, to have meaningful and life changing conversations, to love and to be free.

I wish all of you and to me as well, an incredible way out of this sickness, and an amazing life.
