I think nudism is helping

I haven't watched porn in about 2 years.

I've started attending nudist events, and last month I went to the biggest nudist sauna in the world -- it was amazing.

If you have a pattern of behaviour of enjoying seeing people naked or being sexually aroused by nudity alone, then it might take some time to shake off old patterns of behaviour and attitudes.

Most nudists will be sympathetic of a new comer who obviously has voyeuristic tendencies (and also exhibitionist tendencies too). They might notice you looking and staring but they will probably try to help you. Your tendency toward associating nudity with sex, and thus arousal, will decrease further and further as you attend more events.

I really think nudism is helping me. I hope to attend the biggest sauna in the world a few times a year.

 

I felt an erection coming on one time so I walked quickly to the pool and got in. Basically don't wave it around. Everyone looks like they have a slight erection in the pool anyway (it floats). Or just walk into the toilet

 

You're probably not a sex addict anymore if you can can blend in with nudists I suppose

 

That's another attitude to recover from

 

Yeah I'm a warm blooded male. If anything I could do with a sexual appetite suppressant.

 

There's also the part about encouraging positive body Image and mutual respect

Do you mean early in recovery? Like in the first month?
