Is watching anime girl in a bikini is a relapse?

Now relapse is a big word, but is it slowing my healing process? On an anime thread that I was reading some guy kept posting those, I skipped most of them but in a moment of weakness I watched a few of them for a few seconds then continue skipping, it's not so bad is it? (Of course i'll continue to dodge those no matter what)

I'm a bit paranoid, but I want to be sure.

Yes I'm avoiding all of them, I'm not even trying to understand if it looks suspicious I skip instantanetely. With each day passing by i'm controlling myself better, yesterday there was a lot of temptation too but I didn't give in, in fact it was pretty easy this time.
