    Hello Everyone,

    24 year old guy here been watching porn since an early age. Recently I've been doing it for a minimum of 4 times a day and realised after watching 'Coomer' videos on Youtube just how this addiction is making me lethargic and zapping all my motivation. Therefore I'm Wanting to quit everything - P, M and O as I don't see myself achieving my life goals as things stand. As I'm typing this, I've just gone 24 hours without P, M or O for the first time in many years. I'm hoping to keep this up.
