hi, pmo addict here. Over the years (I’m 22, started pmo at 17), my... kinks? Whatever, got more and more extreme. Recently, in the past couple of years I’ve been watching trans P, but never until a few weeks ago has the thought entered my mind “do I identify as a guy?” And in fact, this is not p related, it’s from seeing an anti trans post on Reddit, but, I’m not really experiencing dysphoria or anything, just anxiety that I could possibly be trans. Could PMO have warped my mind to the point this happened? Please help... I’ve developed anxiety after I started using P, so part of me thinks it’s just my anxiety taking a fetish and making it a fear or something but I don’t know...

Hi, I think these are porn inducted sexuality doubts. Your mind got really confused because of watching this fucked up kind of porn. A lot of people who stopped PMO for a longer time reported that their fetishes dissapeared or significantly decreased so you need to stop watching it and then you will feel like a male again.

I’m hoping it will because I find the thoughts quite unsettling and intrusive.

  4. Only one way to find out: stop the porn etc for a good amount of time. It's not always easy.
Check out the Success Stories forum as there are quite a few people there that have had similar experiences.

Yes it is related. In the book "The brain that changes itself" there is a chapter on p.
The brain is elastic and is always changing. P changes the brain like no other.
I have no doubt that your current situation is caused by p.
Stop the p for a while and you will see how you will normalize.

2 days on (my longest streak was 5 before) and I’m already starting to feel a bit better. Dunno if it’s placebo or not, but hey.
