    Hi!
As the title says, I have trouble sleeping I've noticed. I wake up after around 4 hours sleep and have problem going back to it.
Anyone have/had the same problem. If so what works/worked for you?
    Thanks in advance.

I haven't had any wet dream yet. I am kinda struggling with intimacy fantasy/daydream(more kisses and that kind of stuff than the sex part).
I just wake up after few hours and not being able to sleep. Last time I was like this was when I was about 14 and just started PMO:ing(maybe this part is just a coincidence).

yea it will occur for two - three days , just dont give in to PMO or sex , otherwise you will become addicted to a new thing without curing the old thing which is too fast because when you cant be intimate it will lead back to PMO... just pass it through , Note : there will be blood for the next few days , so stay strong.

I had problems with that aswell (fapping was for several years almost neccisary in order for me to sleep at all). Now it's easier and i usually does not masturbate when i am away. I guess the brain will get used to the chemicals released and adjusts.

Try doing some vigorous exercise before bed. It might release any stress or tension that is causing you to have difficulty sleeping.

Just make sure that you complete your workout an hour or so before you go to bed.

I pulled hamstring due to over working out during the first 1,5 weeks of nofap and was recommended to rest. But it felt so great to be back at the gym today. Hopefully I'll sleep like a baby tonight. Because the insomnia starts making me nauseated.

slept 5,5 hours tonight, definetly in the right direction. Maybe it was all about excess of energy since the testostorone is higher and passivity due to hamstring injury.
But I'll find out in the coming days..

I'm also having a lot of trouble sleeping, actually falling asleep, mainly because of stress and dark thoughts. I think quitting porn and masturbation contributes to my lack of sleep, which was already a screwed up schedule. Even though I feel deadly tired at night, I barely approach the bed. During the day, I feel like I could sleep even at my computer desk, I'm yawning constantly and I am like a sloth, but when I go to bed, I instantly wake up and feel energetic. It's a never ending circle, quite vicious and I am pretty worried about my health.

hang in there! your sleep will sort itself out. just keep pushing and consider a routine sleep schedule if your life allows it.

It sucks I know. But it's part of the process I guess. I'll workout like first week and see how it turns out. You can try it with me if you want and we'll update each other on what might work.

Yes. This happens. Happened to me a lot in the first month, and still happens but less often.

Just accept it as one of the side effects of reboot/ abstinence.

In time, hopefully sleeping becomes better than ever. When I get to that point, hopefully will be able to come back here and tell you the good news. But maybe you get there first and you can tell me :) .

Guys, maybe its normal for a human to have restless nights. My dog (also a mammal) often does. When I cant sleep, I get up, put clothes on (or not) and get productive-- most of the time, I'm satisfied and ready to sleep in an hour or two, and Ive always been able to get ahead of my work (whatever that is). Try it.

@buffalion - I don't workout, because gym is really not my cup of tea, but I do jog and exercise on the local stadium when the weather allows me to. I remember feeling great after a run. I came home, took a nice shower and then went for a walk. One of the most amazing feelings ever. Currently, the weather is not very good, but I'll get back as soon as possible to it, when it fixes itself.

Yeah. It's all about training that we enjoy. I'm getting back to jog too now that my injury feels better. I hit the gym 3/week and jog 2/week. You can try workout class if there is one not far from you. I tried one called bodybalance, it's a combination of Yoga, Thai Chi and Mindfullness, it was very new for me and enjoyable too.

Yes I've tried devided sleep but it's difficult when I have to go to school/work since I won't have the luxury to go back to sleep after few hours up. Only option is to get straight and start my day after.

@buffalion - thanks for the suggestions. Unfortunately, in the small town I live, there are not many options to choose from. It's either the gym (which is quite pricey and not my thing) and the stadium available for jogging, running, training and exercises, but I live at the weather's mercy, ha ha. But I will look up some tips on how to workout. :D
