Day 37 and i relapsed. Fck man.
Today i went searching foe girls for chat for sext. I was not in control. But i am afraid did videochat with a guy because couldn't get girl.... Am i a gay? I hope not. I am afraid.

 

I´m back for day 11 now keep it up everyone

Don't be too hard on yourself man. Just pick yourself back up and start again.
I can't say whether you are actually gay or not, but there is a good chance that you may have warped your mind with the over exposure to pornography. It gets to a point where you push the boundaries further and further and then get in to stuff that you would never dream of normally.
So for the moment maybe treat it as some weird side effect, try not to dwell on it or beat yourself up about it. Focus on getting yourself clean and reset properly, then address that issue with a clearer mind if you feel that it still exists

 

I wasn't going to post until I had 3 days under my belt again, but seeing as I am here anyway! First day done.
Watched a good video on the Panic Button a couple of nights ago, a TED talk, which lead to a couple more with some interesting points. Worth having a bit of a click on it if you haven't ever thought about it before

 

Ya actually i felt disgusting while doing it but my body couldn't stop from m. I don't know man. But mentally i didn't like it.

Hello, greetings, respect to you all.

Today I decided enough is enough and found this website. So here I am and here we go. I have started having hand tremors with the thought of the challenge ahead, but seriously this addiction is something I have been aware of and felt powerless to for years. There comes an hour where every man/woman must say no more.

Longest streaks 67 then 51 (4 years later)

- no urges to look at porn though I woke up with wood and felt sexual but nothing more
- took a flomax at 4:30 this morning as I was pissing slow
- no sex with wife either as I don't like to retrograde ejaculate after taking flomax (it takes 24 hours for the drug to stop that side effect) plus she is having her period now anyway
- have a great nofap day, my brothers
