My email id receives email from porn sites. The mail will only end if I delete my account but I don't want to go to the sites, because there will be porn.
I know I can delete email and create a filter to block the email from particular site.
But I feel like I should delete my account, reason is all my favorite porn videos are liked if I delete it I can never go back to the all liked videos from last 5 years.
But I don't want to relapse. I don't know my mind is tricking me again or what.

I was in dilemma too when I had my porn collection on my computer. I just couldn't get myself to delete that folder. But, I relapsed mostly when I was on my computer. Because the access to porn was so darn easy to me, I couldn't stop relapsing, but one day I just gathered enough strength to delete it and I finally did it. It felt good, but then I felt a bit of regret because they were all my favourites, but it didn't last very long because I knew it was for the best.

You should definitely delete it if you are willing to take a positive step towards your life.

I have also deleted appx 250GB of porn from my pc I understand you. After deleting it feels like I can never go back, it's a good feeling by the way.

Ask your close friend to delete it for you if he's not on NoFap.:emoji_confused:

I never told anyone about porn addiction but I guess many people have account on
    porn hub
, my friend might have his own account. If I ask him to delete there will be question like why you can't delete yourself or why you want to delete. And I don't want anyone to see what kind of videos I liked and the channels I am following.

Personally I haven't got too much porn websites account as I can remember, because porn is always available and free, but I had some porn archives on my hard drive and I deleted it, got rid of them completely. This is a difficult decision actually. It seems like some options. If I empathize with you and if I put myself in your place, You want to recover from porn induced problems, and you don't want to come back to porn websites again. If you want to do with your own, maybe you decision first: "Now, I will go there, I won't click any porn video, I will directly go to the account settings and I will delete my porn account whatever it costs." Be careful about it.

You can block the porn site on you e-mail. I don't know if you block it where it goes on your e-mail account. Maybe you don't want to see it anywhere including in spam mails.

There is another option that you can change your e-mail address. But I don't know, maybe you like your e-mail address and maybe even you have used it for many years.

Or maybe this can be a good decision for you, if you have a friend who is an active user you can ask to him. But I don't know if this is an ethical or easy decision, I am not sure.
    Regards!

There were videos just saw thumbnails and didn't open any video. Then deleted the account. It was difficult I wanted to see so much but finally did it.
But now I think that seeing some or all the porn videos in the world will not change anything.

Wow you won't believe when deleting account on
    xvideos
they ask why you want to close account. I tried to skip it but the form field was necessary. Then they ask enter your password to confirm delete.

Thanks guys for the motivation I deleted all accounts now I feel better. And didn't PMO but I guess took a sneak peek of some porn. I won't be resetting my counter I have not seen any videos but still there is long way to go.
I want to ask those persons who have left PMO for 500+ days that if you see some porn mistakenly how you stop yourself from seeing more.

  10. That will only make you relapse sooner or later. I know it feels irritating to remove an account related to what arouses us, maybe because we feel there might be something worth it. I recommend you to remove it directly without even thinking, don't think about it, just remove it and you will be thankful later.

Mark it as spam. And stop checking your email so often.

  13. I deleted my
    2 Xhamster
accounts, and took down the pictures and videos of my wife and I.

Best thing I ever did, stopped chatting to people on there too.

  14. Hey
I think you are just making excuses. You need to gather the strength to delete every account that you have and move on. To put simply, how can a smoker stop if he always has a pack of cigarettes with him?
That may hard, in fact it will be hard but it's necessary.
You know what you have to do, don't let your brain fool you
