I know edging is what is keeping me from completeing 7 days

Any tips on how to avoid edging?

I don't know what else to say about edging. Remove whatever is making you edge? Are you refraining from watching porn and masturbating? Or refraining from masturbating, or, what?

 

Idk at this point, but overtime I have come to believe in the belief that semen retention is beneficial overall, so I want to move away from PMO(porn induced O) that is.

Just finished the 3-day challenge yesterday morning. Didn't get a chance to record it, so I've already completed day 3/7 and 4/7.
