    I'm a 16 year old boy from india. I begun at the age of 12. It started with accidental discovery of a xxx video in my frnd's brother ipad. Since den i watchd and watchd mny video. nd wen i discvrd the ill effct. I wantd 2 recvr since den. bt nw i think i wud be really able to do so.

    I am from India too...the best advice I can give is to cultivate a sense f respect for yourself ..now no great person would fap..you are great too and you don't need to fap to feel happy..life is beautiful as it is..we never needed fap to make us happy the more you believe that fap is artificial..the lesser the effect of cravings..all the best
