Hello Spartans,

Today I attended a meeting of highly influential people in my profession. It was a small meeting of 20-30 people and there was a lot of networking opportunities. The truth is many of these people are working at a much higher level than me. I was able to secure an invitation through a contact I made at a separate event last month.

I had every reason to feel intimidated and insecure. But I wasn’t. I put on my best suit. My grandfather’s watch. Shaved. And drove three hours to the meeting.

I made the choice to be confident. To project confidence. To act with confidence.

At the end of the meeting, many people approached me to discuss further the ideas I had shared. It was difficult to leave because so many people wanted to speak with me.

At the start of the Spartan challenge, I probably would not even have gone to the meeting. And if I had, I would have been quiet, insecure and anxious. I would have felt like I did not deserve to be there.

Like @fg4795 said today. This is not just a challenge or a streak of no pmo. This is a life changing opportunity that we choose each day. I have changed. My life is changing. And I look forward to the days ahead.

Hey muchachos, todo bien? Hoy tengo pereza de escribir en inglés. En todo caso que aguanté las ganas de mastubarme y de ver porno, fue un momento complejo pero cerré los ojos, respiré hondo, cerré el navegador, apagué el pc y me acosté a dormir. Por cierto los ejercicios de respiración son muy buenos, ayudan a la hora de meditar y permiten pensar con más claridad cuando uno está bajo este tipo de presiones. Incluso cuando estás con una mujer y te sientes nervioso y crees que estás a punto de decir algo estúpido, lo mejor que puedes hacer es parar por un instante, dejar la mente en blanco y respirar hondo 5 veces, la última expulsas todo el aire, absolutamente todo, presionas el abdomen para cerciorarte de ello. Es un buen ejercicio y puedes repetirlo 4 veces para completar un total de 20 respiraciones y en cada última quinta vez, es decir la número 5, la 10, la 15 y la 20 expulsas todo todo el aire. Sabes que lo hiciste bien si te sientes un poco "drogado" al final.

I got my day wrong yesterday was actually day 18 and today is day 19 almost at 20 days, it's been a struggle but I never want to go back to day zero again, keep going everybody

but now I am ready to go at it again
