Dream- porn flashbacks

    I am on 60+ days. In this period i had short porn scenes flashbacks while dreaming. Just for a few seconds. Is that normal? And does that mean that reboot process is killing those porn pathways and I am close to being cured? Please comment

    Well, great job over 2 months of porn free. The dreams are random they will go away on their own. It does take time about the urges disappear. At least find something to do.

    thanks for your comment. I am porn free for like 1 year and MO free for more than 2 months, but I don't understand why I have porn flashbacks now? What does it mean that is happenning in my brain?

    I wouldn't try to think about it too much, who knows what's happening? It could just be random, or a part of the healing process. You haven't given in to these flashbacks either so that is also a good sign that your learning to let go and not give in to cravings that may arise.

    I say just let these flash backs come and go like any other thoughts, dont dwell on it too much cause that could feed into it. Also congrats on being over a year porn free, that's a big accomplishment!
