Sex dreams every night

I've been having them very often. 5/6 times a week. Where I have a wet dream once or twice a week, but I don't know what to do about it.

Me too, but as long as I don't masturbate over the dreams, I'm good. Dreams are random.

 

Yeah same here. Well, mine are more modest, most of the time I'm just watching porn and masturbating, there's rarely any sex involved It's still very frustrating. I wake up very disconcerted and confused I broke my streak lol

Try not to fantasize during the day. My dreams tend to reflect what I think about a lot.

I'm pretty sure that in the past, before masturbation and porn was popular, it was pretty common for people to have wet dreams if they went many weeks without orgasm. It's a natural process to clear out old semen and seminal fluid. You shouldn't be afraid or saddened by it. It means your body is working properly.

Now, many guys report having wet dreams if they are very aroused or see arousing media during the day. If this is the case, you should stop engaging in that behavior or media.

And why are they bad? Why we cant just enjoy them? I never thougth about sexual dreams as a bad thing but now I am starting to think that to many of them may be a hint about something.

 

This is my experience too. It's happened a couple of times in this journey (over the last ~2 months) and I've woken up worried I'd used.

I've never actually had a wet dream in my life - they seem so common, it makes me wonder if I'm weird
