Relapsed during the last 2 days , getting back up was pretty difficult emotionally. I'll try again. Day 0/21

 

well done mate , on wards and upwards, once you have gone one day you can't argue that you can't do it. awesome stuff.

 

keep going mate eventually you will get tired of feeling this way. You will pull yourself back.

 

I think i forgot to check in yesterday, I am in a couple of challenges so i must've forgotten but today is day 20/21 for me! nearly completed the challenge. I had the strongest urge I have ever had last night but I still didn't give in. I knew that if I did I would just feel 100 times worse and there is no way I am starting this again. I never want to experience the pain of day 0 again and if you're struggling just know you never have to feel like that again. One day at a time. We can do this.

 

20/21 this night i dreamed of relapsing again (the dream ended when i opened the video), but it wasn't a wet dream, weird

Day 17/21 check in.

Watched the Late Late Toy show with my gf hence the late check in but no worries! Plenty of puns were made

Out of curiousity, do you guys start on day 0 when you start these challenges or do you follow on from the previous days completed (eg if you already had the 14 day challenge and start the 21 day challenge do you start with 0 or 14 as our starting point)?

Smooth sailing today, I have a friend's birthday I'm going to later so that'll keep me a but distracted.
