[90-CHALLENGE] THE NINETY DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 60/90!

 

1 day, good. I keep having intrusive thoughts. I let them go.

 

Alright. Day 2/90.

You know, this addicition. We really are junkies. In the sense that, what we are doing is harming ourselves. Not just the PMO'ing, but the whole lifestyle that's a result of our addiction to PMOing. Now that I had a streak a few times in a row (I relapsed around day 20 the last couple of times) I really felt the difference after about two weeks. You come to a state where it's way more natural to communicate with fellow human beings, not just the opposite sex but everyone.

The difference with a junkie on the street is, you can see the tragedy from a mile away. But for us, the problem lies more on the inside. Which doesn't mean it isn't noticable on the outside; your behaviour really changes. You can manifest yourself into the world. It isn't about getting "superpowers". These are your natural powers. How do you think we ever hunted down momaths for crying out loud. We can do stuff but we drug ourselves with things that take our attention away. This morning for instance I have wasted hours on Youtube. We'll that's enough ranting, time to head off. Good luck everyone, here's to improving ourselves one day at a time.
