- no urges and feeling peaceful and content - life is good
- stay strong, you can do this, it's worth it in the end, is what I keep telling myself

After a clean November... I had a relapse. Now im going in full throttle. 90 days non stop! Here we go...

I haven't tried to mastrbuate for 7months now i am doing it all over again. I want help.Today's my days start all over again. What a shitstorm for me.

Day 4! Today I was scrolling through a movie trivia thread and a movie photograph came up. It was so tempting that I almost opened a P website but stopped; closed the browser and got back to my work. It was a truly challenging few seconds but I got through that. I am grateful for my decision now. Moving ON!
