Day 95 - desire to pmo GONE

    I wanted to share that the addiction over the past 20 days has gone to the toilet.

    With time, the compulsion to use got significantly lower and lately its just non existent.

    The hardest and most hellish part is now the withdrawal symptoms, and the repressed emotions which are flooding.

    But no urges at all.

    I hope this helps you have faith that your urges will also disappear!
    Hold tight through the emotional rollercoaster.

    Hey, I still experience severe anxieties, depressions, emotional hurricanes, deep fears of everything and suicidal thoughts when it gets really hellish.

    Last night was definitely the most painful day I have had so far.

    Who knows really.. I just noticed that no matter how hard it gets (and it gets pretty tough), pmoing stopped being an option.
    I'd rather die than use porn again, thats for sure!

    Keep up the good work! I just started the NoFap challenge 6 days ago and I think about it seriously now more than ever, hope that this will continue in a good way for me

    Sounds like your next challenge should be to find intelligent ways of re-integrating sexuality into your life (if you haven't already). But good job on overcoming the 90 day milestone. Good luck and hope u shed this dark part of your life once and for all.
